Discover the Col de l'Ovine, with its panoramic views of the Plateau des Glières, Tournette, Mont Lachat and Roche Parnal.
The Plaine de Dran and the Notre Dame des Neiges chapel.
Please note that this area is heavily pastoralized, with large herds protected by Patous. Hiking with dogs in this area, even on a leash, is strongly discouraged.

Guided steps
1/ Leaving Le Crêt (parking lot), head for Col de la Buffaz. Follow the track between forests and alpine pastures, past La Cloie and then Les Suets, before reaching the Col de la Buffaz. 2/ From here, pass by the sheepfold and climb up into the alpine pasture towards Col de l'Ovine on a path that winds its way up the steep slope. 3/ Reach the Chalet de l'Ovine and cross to the right under the ridges to the Col de l'Ovine. 4/ Follow the path to Plan du Loup (south), then Chalet du Loup and Adret. 5/ Go to Notre Dame des Neiges and return to Adret. 6/ Continue towards Le Crêt (parking lot) via La Rosière, turn left and continue towards Le Crêt along a forest path. Pass Communal de la Frasse, then La Chosière and descend to Le Crêt (parking lot) via La Grosse Pierre.
